Each project we take on is unique but always begins with a period of information gathering. This includes working with our clients to gain a full understanding of their requirements and a period of analysis and planning. During this period we review your businesses processes and how they fit into your business as a whole, and assign you a dedicated project manager.
Your project manager will manage your entire project, be your main point of contact and also arrange regular review meetings. Providing a great service to our clients is of upmost importance to us, so we opt for full transparency throughout the development process. This means that should an issue occur, we’ll discuss it with you, suggest a solution and then allow you to decide what is best for your business.
Once in development we follow a process of iteration. Each development cycle is short (7-14 days) which allows for frequent reviews and testing. This process reduces the amount of time spent in testing the application before it goes live and helps gather feedback on what the application does and doesn’t do. We also offer a project rescue service, so if you have a project that is failing we can often take it on and quickly turn it around.
